Processes of Manufacturing Metal Smartphone Back Covers

  There are almost 7 steps manufacturing smartphone back covers start from aluminum raw materials:

  1, To cut and extrude aluminum panels because of the weakness of pure aluminum materials, and then it comes to roughing process;

  2, To make notches on smartphone back covers that enabling signal, then dip the cover in some special chemical agents, followed by Nano injection under high pressure and temperature environments;

  3, To mold the metal body, and after this process, the shape of a smartphone will be clear, then follow this step with CNC;

  4, To polish the metal body to the A0 degree of finish, and the back cover will be like mirror, then sandblast the case to make it more nice and pretty;

  5, To anodize the smartphone back cover to make it stable and colorful, and then to drill holes for volume and speakers, and do not forget to remove those parts for fixing;

  6, To anodize the back part again to make the metal body resistant to stain and abrasion;

  7, To embed nuts with manipulator to fix main board and some other components.

  After all these steps, a beautiful and nice-looking smartphone metal back cover is made, and of course there would be other processes for some certain metal covers.
