Q: What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
A: We use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and EMS, etc. But if buyers provide us with accounts of their own, transportation fees paid by such accounts are also welcome.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are from Monday to Saturday: 9 AM- 7 PM (GMT+8). We may respond to you late on the weekend/holiday, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: What are the terms of payment you offer?
A: Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB based on the exchange rate. We accept payment of T/T, Western Union, and cash, etc.
Q: How can I get the Price?
A: Prices are only given out by sales to our customers to protect customers' interests from exposing their costs. You can click Send an inquiry or contact us to leave your contact info, or email marketing@mocel-case.com to request the price list too. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
Q: What's your minimum requirement?
A: Minimum Order Quantity is 100 -200pc/ model or color as usual. No retail.
Q: What kind of materials do you use?
A: Top-quality TPU, PC polybante, silicone, and PU material.

Q: What's the usual lead time for order delivery?
A: OEM sampling time: 7 days. Mass production: 12-15 days or based on your quantity.
Q: Can you make our design for the package?
A: Yes, please send us the design you need, we will value the price and make the same package based on your design. Or we also have some packages for your reference.
Q: How can I get a sample from you?
A: 1. If you need samples for quality check, sample fees should be charged from the buyer’s side;
2. Free samples are available when the order is confirmed;
3. Most of the sample fees will be returned to you when the order is confirmed.
Q: Can you do our design?
A: Of course, selection from our website or your customized design (OEM/ODM) is available.
Q: How long can I get the feedback after I sent the inquiry?
A: We will reply to you within 12 working hours.
